The pharmaceutical industry is a sunrise industry,which is of vital importance to improve people’s health level and protect people’s life safety.Especially in today’s modern society,pharmaceutical enterprises play a great role in meeting People’s Daily medical needs.While medical enterprises have achieved fruitful results,there are still many problems,especially personnel management problems,such as unreasonable performance evaluation,which will have a great negative impact on the further development and growth of medical enterprises in the future.In order to enhance their competitiveness,medical enterprises should set out from their own strategic goals and establish a sound personnel performance appraisal system.On the one hand,it can improve employees’ enthusiasm for work;on the other hand,it can also improve the operating efficiency of medical enterprises and promote their overall development.In this study,the choice of object of study is genscript pharmaceutical company,know the current situation of the development of performance evaluation,satisfaction is the main use of questionnaire survey,to master the sales staff in the basic understanding of the performance evaluation of the company,on the basis of clear current performance evaluators incentive,etc,so as to induce the company mainly exist in the process of the performance evaluation of the four problems,one is to set up performance evaluation system is not reasonable,consistent with the strategic goals without;Secondly,the application scope of performance evaluation results is very narrow;Third,the management analysis has not been carried out;Fourth,the performance evaluation feedback is not perfect.In employee performance evaluation system to optimize the company research and analysis,mainly using the KPI method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),first in this paper,the optimization goal and the need to follow the principle of,then choose the appropriate evaluation indexes,finally,the optimization design on the basis of the index weight of comparative analysis of indicators before and after optimization.In the process of in-depth research,put forward the following six countermeasures and Suggestions,one is to the sales personnel’s performance evaluation system to be reasonable adjustment;Second,improve relevant systems;The third is to determine a reasonable time for staff evaluation,verify performance evaluation indicators from multiple aspects,such as: customer retention rate,and then put forward performance evaluation feedback and safeguard measures.
