With the market competition becoming increasingly fierce,the performance management plays an important role in the enterprise management process.Usually the design and application of the performance management system can reflect the intermal culture and strategic concept of a company,and an appropriate performance management system can promote the development of enterprises.As a large-scale listed company with diversified development in the modem agricultural and health food industry,financial industry and new urbanization development industry,Company D's performance management issues are of great significance in improving enterprise management and optimizing its business model.This paper first uses the literature research method to sort out the status quo and development trend of performance management at home and abroad,and summarizes relevant theoretical knowledge and methods.Then we use the questionnaire survey method and expert interview method to study the current performance management system of Company D,analyze the existing problems and causes,and find that the current performance management assessment system is not perfect.The problems are as follows:the strategic objectives of the department and subsidiaries are not strongly related to those of Company D,the setting of key performance indicators is not scientific and reasonable enough,the performance evaluation scoring rules are not objective and fair,the process management and tracking are not complete,etc.In view of the above problems,this paper builds a set of performance management system model for Company D based on the key performance indicator(KPI)theory.Firstly,based on the business characteristics and enterprise vision of Company D,the overall strategic objectives are determined.Secondly we dismantle and refactor them to form the strategic objectives of each department and sub-company,thus constructing the key performance indicator system of which with the analytic hierarchy process method.Thirdly we implement performance appraisal of each department and sub-company of Company D with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Last but not least,the whole process of Company D's operation is managed and tracked.In order to further explain our method,this paper describes the specific construction and implementation process of the performance management system by using Subsidiary D3 as an application caseThis paper takes the performance management of Company D as the research object,builds the performance management system of Company D based on KPI theory,and proposes countermeasures to strengthen the performance management of Company D,aiming at improving the performance management level of Company D and providing a useful reference for performance management of similar enterprises.
