Construction Of Competency Model Of University Librarians Based On KANO Theory

The comprehensive ability of university librarians is the core factor of development of the library.With the rapid development of computer network technology,the traditional service mode of university library is facing severe challenges.The traditional work content and work style are changing quietly.The quality requirements of librarians are important issues to be discussed.Based on the Kano theory and the competency theory, from the point of view of literature analysis and questionnaire survey method, the factors of core competence of university librarian system are established. The weight of each index is determined by AHP. The threshold competence of the university librarian and the differentiating competence of the university librarian are distinguished with the help of data analysis. According to the investigation and study,the problems and conclusions are put forward to relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Reference and inspiration are provided for the library personnel selection,reform and innovation, and optimizing the service, in order to promote the sustainable development of the library cause.
