Manufacture Executive System (MES) is the tache of enterprise integration and the basic measure of to realize the strategy of Agility Manufacture and the manufacture of enterprise agility shop floor. ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) is based on the information technology, provides the enterprise manager the management platform. ERP reflects the requirement to reasonably assign the resources in the enterprise currently.The aim of this thesis is to fuse naturally MES and ERP. This thesis proposes a series of technologies to realize the connection smoothly. We apply these provided technologies to practical project. Under the environment of practical product line, the performance is tested and the results show that the proposed technologies can reach the aim.Firstly, this thesis analyses the role and function of ERP and MES in manufacturing enterprise and summarizes the integration model and related technologies between MES and ERP. Based on that, this thesis proposes a data exchange model between ERP and MES and introduces two technologies, data exchange technology of isomerous system based on XML and data exchange technology of network based on C/S model, to resolve the problem in different level. Then, aiming to the system interface between MES and ERP, a star-form exchange model is proposed. The detail in design and achievement is introduced according to practical system. Finally, the performance of system, which is developed according to our proposed technologies, is tested during the environment of actual factory. The results show that system performance is improved obviously at four aspects (the efficiency of production, the number of product in the mill, the changing cycle of project and delivery time). It makes the improved system can control subtly the production process and improve the efficiency.
