With the development of Computer Information Technology, Computer Information System plays an increasingly important role in all works of life. As the business expansion, the enterprise's old management mode cannot adapt to its development and operation. Simultaneously, the enterprise faces a series of problems, such as the low velocity in information access and updating, difficulties existing in public information sharing, high error probability in basic data, difficulties of putting management system into effect, heavy dependent on human beings'experience, long planning cycle and low accuracy in planning, poor detection under abnormal conditions and poor adaptability in modification and so on. When these questions cannot be solved by changing enterprise's management mode, it needs a powerful information system accorded to the enterprise to support and integrate.Enterprise Resources Planning is a management platform, which was operated on the basis of mature information technology and advanced management idea. Through Enterprise Resources Planning, in an enterprise, the raw material supply, manufacturing process and product sales can be integrated into an efficient supply chain. And it also can provide decision-making for the managers and staffs of the enterprise. With the help of ERP an enterprise can reasonably allocate the enterprise resources in material flow, fund flow and information flow, while the managers can easily get enterprise's all latest information. Therefore, they can well hold the direction of developments which helps to improve enterprise decision-making and the core competence fundamentally.According to field researching and analyzing work flow, it draws up the requirements analysis. Through the requirements analysis and the current development status of Automobile Parts Manufacturing Industry, this paper designs an Enterprise Resources Planning information management system based on Model-View-Controller framework. Each framework is independence on others. The system won't be influenced even if one of the frameworks is changed. The convertibility of this system is guaranteed by this less coupling. This paper discusses the system architecture design, functional structure design, system module use case, database design. In the section of Implementation, this paper describes the stock management subsystem and basic data management subsystem in details. And this paper introduces the main technology. After the Enterprise Resources Planning is carried out and applied, this system is in good working condition, and achieves the expected effect. It is equipped with well practical significance.
