With the development of market economy, competition intensified, growing pressure of competition, from all walks of life to customers as an important resources of the competition in all walks of life, has become the object of the development and exploration of each company, is also the core of the banking sector marketing. Banks have how old customer size number, has become each big bank bid for control of parameters. Especially when Banks now period of development in the fierce competition, On the basis of the provisions of the banking sector, combined with the actual situation of the bank, in order to develop into the goal customer relationship, establish banking customer relationship management system, to meet customers’ growing service requirements, improve the quality of customer service of bank at the same time, improve the working efficiency of the department of customer relationship management (CRM).This thesis designed and implemented a bank customer relationship management (CRM) system. This article first elaborated the research background and significance of topics, the paper research content and main work; In business analysis, the paper on the problems existing in the system, organization, the original business process are analyzed, and gives the optimized business processes; In functional analysis, the paper through the case analysis and the use case description, clear the function of the system, six function module design and package diagram and the overall function of the system is given function package diagram; In data analysis, the paper on the system each function of the need to deal with the data was analyzed, and the entity class diagram is given, and established the database table structure; Thesis finally summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work were also discussed.In this paper, the bank customer relationship management system analysis and design, lays a foundation for the realization of the system. The implementation of this system will improve the banking customer relationship maintenance and management work, lighten the load of the bank customer manager department, enhancing the working efficiency of the department.
