In recent years, with the rapid development of the global information technology and the introduction of new technologies, more and more people begin to pay attention to the impact of global information on people’s daily life. The school of music and dance, Yichun University, is to focus on the cultivation of outstanding graduates with outstanding practical ability. A large number of studies have indicated that the traditional teaching mode of the teaching mode is outdated, the practice ability is the important index to judge whether a student is good or not. For the students of the music and Dance College of Yichun University, the most direct response is the students’ work. So, it is very important for the management of students’ work. Because of the wide variety of students’ works, the management of the work is becoming more and more arduous, the traditional student work management means is obviously unable to meet the requirements of modern work management. The use of the management system of the music and dance works, has promoted the service level of the teachers and the management staff in our institute, and has greatly improved the work efficiency. Therefore, the development and use of the music and dance works management system has a very important significance.Based on the research of the management system of the music and dance, this paper summarizes the problems of the management system of the music and dance, discusses the feasibility and importance of the project, and the main contents and related work of this paper. In the business analysis, this thesis analyses the existing problems in the process of student work management and the business process, puts forward the relevant solutions and after the transformation of the business process is given; in functional analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, clear the various functions of the system, the overall function is given the package diagram and package diagram sub functions, including work management, evaluation management, uploading works online learning management, works download management, evaluation management, evaluation management system work package diagram; in data analysis, on the basis of the function of the system needs to process the data is analyzed, the entity class diagram is given the establishment of the database, table structure.At the end of this paper, the author summarizes the contents of the research on the management system of music and dance, and expounds the main work of the paper, and points out the shortcomings of the paper and the future work.
