Asset information management system is an information management system developed by the software industry, Ltd. Qilu software of Shandong inspur in order to arm enterprises, develop enterprises and improve management efficiency of the enterprises . Asset management system is a subsystem of inspur coordination office platform, the product is secondary development. The goal of the system is to complete the building of the day-to-day management of assets, including all kinds of operation of assets such as storing ,borrowing, inquiring, changing management and the realization of synergy with the other modules of the platform. So we make data of the asset structure, regulate the use of assets and supply for advanced scientific management methods for the efficiency savings of assets, ready to make a clearer understanding of the asset management inventory use.The paper using Rational Unified Process (RUP) as software development method and using unified modeling language (UML) for the analysis and design description language. The paper complete the demand for system analysis and system design of asset information management using J2EE technology platform structure, and analyze and design storage management, inquiries management, borrow management, their use management, allocation management, the return of management, change management, and other functional modules.This paper analyzes the development background of the systems and the development of domestic and foreign enterprises information management systems, makes a brief description of the need for the system to address the main problems , offer a brief overview of the system. The paper completes a detailed description for system requirements analysis and architecture design and for the design and implementation of some representative examples; Finally the paper makes a detailed analysis and exposition for the difficulty of the system — the work flow of the asset operation.In this paper, the key issues to be resolved in the following aspects : (1) the lack of mature standardized RUP and UML standards in the field, the actual development process is easy differences, it increases communication costs and reduces the development efficiency. RUP system will be adopted in this model combined with the traditional waterfall model, the UML will be adopted in the process of integrating document standards, thereby it standardize the development of norms and standards within the project team and improve the development efficiency.(2) the paper makes use of loushang technical framework to separate show logic and business logic, the actual realization of multi-layer structures is successful. That works closely with various organizations set to set up operate authority, so that it makes the division to business and business management realization, improving the efficiency of development.(3) Although a professional asset management completes the job throughout the life cycle of assets management, However, the majority of professional asset management combined with accounting systems, and each operation must be generated accounts documents, and it closely linked with accounting systems; In this paper the system uses work flow technology to realize the communication between assets and modules of human resources, financial, processes, customers .The system makes the assets information order through dividing assets to different groups and types, complete the overall management of the assets of enterprises.
