In this system model by RUP and the combination of the traditional waterfall model, UML and process of the combination of document standards, which regulate the project development of norms and standards, improve development efficiency.Second, discipline inspection and supervision system for all special general, users are more mobile, but also office environments, the interface is friendly. Therefore, the system uses the B/S architecture, structure of the business online.Third, the discipline inspection commissioner for management information system security and performance systems have high requirements, the Department of Commission adopted the "no single point of failure" of the security design, through the server cluster, disk array, database Partitioning technology to achieve the system performance.
