Guizhou province people’s government at the general office of unattended emergency work system’s overall goal is to achieve through the system construction, improve the guizhou province people’s government office unattended emergency event risk prevention and emergency response ability and post-processing ability, realize the whole process control of unexpected events.Guizhou province people’s government office is unattended emergency work system in such an environment.First of all, this paper introduces the general office of the guizhou province people’s government of unattended emergency work system selected topic background and significance, then in this paper the demand analysis of system in detail, including business requirements analysis, functional requirements analysis, data demand analysis.Business requirements analysis on the system of business process activity diagram are given;Function requirement analysis of system use case diagram is given, and the detailed use cases;In the analysis of data needs a thumbnail representation of a class diagram is given.Again, in the design of the system, the system overall design and function module design, mainly include the emergency information management, emergency telephone management, leadership management, duty management, system management and the basic function such as information management module.On function module design of system function structure is given package diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram and processing in detail to design the contents of this paper.On the database design, mainly using entity class diagram, e-r diagram and the database table structure to carry out the detailed design.
