At present, Zhejiang University of finance and new management faces problems from the following three aspects:(1) Before the new report, students unable to obtain real-time information such as school, dorm, fear of, freshmen enrollment travel line is unknown, leading to school new school buses unloaded or temporary excess of full funding, actual demand in the new bedding, Division of confusion between offices, and so on.(2) New students registration process, the sorting of information lag, coordination of emerging payment and registration, registration statistics for imprecise, freshmen enrollment process vulnerability and so on.(3) After registration, the new data sharing low, freshmen enrollment processes allow medical information to be lost, defending the lost information.In order to solve the above problems, implement and optimize the management system of Zhejiang finance and Economics College of new year, using UML Unified Modeling, Institute of current new business requirements analysis and harmonization of data modeling and database design. First of all, based on business requirements, system functionality and data requirements analysis, business and functional module design for system construction, organization, functions, the system roles, business functions and other relevant systematic analysis. Second, establish seven function modules for system functions, including new data import, new report preparation management, enrollment management, payment management, green management, statistical analysis reporting rate, the system management module. Third, based on structured analysis (SA) and structural design (SD) principles and methods of using UML to construct a system use case diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and overall design of the system architecture. Comprehensive analysis, comparing traditional human labor to produce the information chaos, job redundancy and process complex issues such as new paperless office management business throughout the system to a certain extent, reduce the workload, improve the efficiency of management. In order to more effectively verify the feasibility and practicality of the system, system plans next year to accept the new user experience and test.
