With the rapid development of economy and society in China, the medical reform is increasing, and the medical care model based on home is gradually rising. Traditional home health monitoring system has limited scope, single physiological parameters collection, can not be fully connected with network, and can only be limited to a single run, in the information acquisition and transmission integration and remote interaction with doctors and patients. Although there are many wearable medical devices in the market, but most products can provide a motion plan, calories, calories, sleep monitoring and other functions, while ignoring the user’s ECG, pulse, blood oxygen saturation and other important physiological parameters of mobile real-time monitoring of core functions needs.In view of the above situation, an intelligent home physiological parameter monitoring system based on the embedded technology and WeChat public platform to solve the existing problems is designed. The system is composed of intelligent mobile monitoring terminal, mobile monitoring terminal and server terminal. The intelligent mobile monitoring terminal of the system is composed of the minimum system module of the central controller, the physiological parameter acquisition module, the communication module, the LCD display module and so on, mainly responsible for the human physiological signal acquisition, analysis and processing, display and data transmission and other functions. The physiological parameter acquisition module of the intelligent mobile monitoring terminal using integrated chip design, including ECG acquisition module, pulse and blood oxygen collection module, human posture detection module, temperature acquisition module, which can achieve the ECG, pulse, blood oxygen saturation, temperature and other physiological parameters of the collection. Mobile monitoring terminal including the system provides Android mobile monitoring App, WeChat Client, as well as common smart phones and tablet PCs and other mobile terminal. The server of the system is composed of the medical center server group which is connected with the WeChat public platform. The server can provide monitoring results query, user electronic health records, health alarm to remind and other services for the users who paid attention to the system’s WeChat Subscriptions. The server also provides the monitoring result query service for the Android mobile monitoring App. Users can use the Android mobile monitoring App or WeChat App for mobile physiological parameters monitoring under the condition of network unimpeded. When the network is not available in the environment, users can use mobile monitoring App through Bluetooth for physiological parameters data interaction with the intelligent mobile monitoring terminal.Finally, the system is tested and debugged. The results show that the system is stable and reliable, and the operation of the system is simple, the data transmission function of the system is powerful. It can provide continuous and reliable physiological parameters monitoring service for family users, which is helpful for the early detection of disease, real-time monitoring and timely treatment, suitable for using in family environment.
