Long-term continuous health monitoring is the best care for chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease. China has large population base,a large number of people suffering from cardiovascular disease, the existing medical resources can not meet the needs of many patients on long-term continuous health monitoring. Hospital monitoring equipment is complex operation, only a professionally trained doctors or nurses to use, and expensive. As a result, family health monitoring and community hospital health monitoring services come into being. However, the health monitoring equipment is always single function and complex operation on the market. In order to solve these problems, this paper designed a multi-parameter health monitoring system based on iOS platform. The patient can complete the monitoring of the physiological parameters information indoors with this system. The system can provide long-term continuous health monitoring services, save time to go to the hospital,and also reduce the pressure of a large hospital.The main work of this paper is as follows:1. The system is divided into wearable monitoring terminal,Bluetooth low energy transmission module and health monitoring software system. The software system is based on the requirements of multi-physiological parameter health monitoring system on iOS platform.Explicit the function of each module and the module for the corresponding implementation plan.2. Designed the Bluetooth low energy module hardware. Bluetooth module as a wearable monitoring terminal and a smart phone communication bridge, achieves the collected physiological parameters from the human body to transfer to the phone function. By using CC2541 as the hardware circuit of the Bluetooth module designed by the main chip, the module has smaller volume and lower power consumption. Two kinds of 2.4GHz antenna are compared and analyzed, the better performance antennas is selected as the Bluetooth module antenna. And then the transmission distance of the module is improved. The printed circuit board of the Bluetooth module with electromagnetic compatibility is designed to improve the transmission performance of the module.3. Design of multi-physiological parameters of health monitoring software system. Software system is divided into Bluetooth low energy protocol stack, iOS platform, mobile phone software and file server software. The function of each layer of low-power Bluetooth protocol stack is analyzed and designed for GATT layer and OSAL to realize the function of Bluetooth connection, data format definition and transmission control. Mobile phone software based on iOS platform is designed and the drawing method of Core Graphics is adopted. To optimize the ECG R-wave detection algorithm for the mobile phone software to detect ECG rhythm abnormalities and achieve the health care monitoring function. In addition to the use of mobile phone software, the file server is designed and the computer is simulated as a file server by configuring Apache-Tomcat software. The raw data of the physiological parameters are saved to ensure the data security and facilitate the further processing of the data.4. The various functions of the system testing and analysis. The test results show that the Bluetooth module has good transmission performance and the functions of the mobile phone software works well,and the system can achieve long-term continuous operation. The test results show that the Bluetooth module has good transmission performance, Health monitoring function.
