Project technical difficulty increases year by year, and for more innovation in design idea, therefore, the potential risks in construction projects is also more and more diversified, the difficulty of the management is evident. As is known to all, the success of risk management for the whole project is very important.The personage inside course of study for the construction enterprises of engineering project risk management has a wide attention and research,thus to improve the risk management information system of construction enterprise has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the internal control and risk management theory and the theory of COBIT model to building enterprise risk management information system as the research object, in a clear demand for risk management construction enterprise,studied and implemented based on the premise of the function of the risk management information system design, physical design, the relationship with other systems and the implementation process, hope that through the improvement of the risk management information system for tracking the trend of risk factors, timely understanding of risk status, as soon as possible to business management all sound an alarm, to supervise and control the implementation process, make the leader solve enterprise timely and take effective measures to prevent and control major risks. At the same time use the balanced scorecard and COBIT model to build the risk management information system evaluation index system, to evaluate the effect of risk management information system. Finally combining case, present the risk management information system applied to practice, and to evaluate its effect, to feedback whether the design of the risk management information system is in line with the practical application of building enterprise. Evaluation results showed that the risk management information system can make our country better to control the risk of construction enterprises, which can quickly improve business performance and competitiveness. |
