Analysis And Design Of Civil Service Management Information System In Anlong County

With the deepening reform and the pace of opening wider to the outside accelerating, the civil service team building of Guizhou province need to be strengthened. The workload of civil service main department increases fast. It is urgent to develop a computer management information system to improve the civil service management of the information technology level.This paper analyzed the present situation and problems of CPC Anlong county civil service information management. This system deeply discusses the civil service management information system development method and the technology involved, and makes detailed analysis on requirements and system design of the management. In the system requirements analysis, the active diagram analysis is carried out on the main modules such as "Recruitment Management", "Personnel Transferring management", "Resignation management", "Retirement management", "Basic Information management" and "system management". In the system function requirements analysis, the use of case diagram analysis of the main function of the module is given. In the system design, the system function structure package is given, and the design of the module is made. The entity class diagram is drawn and the corresponding data table is designed.
