Nowadays, the computer technology is developing so fast that it has the great effect on the company. The economic globalization has increase the enterprise’s competition greatly. The number of excellent persons will increase a company’s position. Therefore, recruitment and training management system will help the company to find the right person and increase the company’s power at the same time.This thesis which studies the trends and features of the personnel management system of some well-known companies at home and abroad, and combines with the recruitment and training of Agriculture Bank of China Hangzhou Branch, expounds the design concept, target and implementation of the recruitment and training management system. Also some other system also has been studied. The thesis analyzes the requirements of the recruitment and training management system which includes functional requirements, data requirements and non-functional requirements, and use some illustrations and examples to show them. The function model design including system management model, employment management model, recruitment and employment process management model, training information model and training process management model also has been done with the help of Package diagrams, class diagrams, flowcharts. The figure entity attributes, E-R diagram and database table structure are used in the database designer. Finally, the work of the thesis and my job in the process has been summarized. Then the deficiencies are points out and the further work is proposed.
