With the development and popularization of Internet technology, people get used to receive daily information through the network, with the help of a network platform to express their views and demands. Network public opinion to the members of the community of values, behavior, attitude of leading role increasingly strengthen. But the network public opinion is a double-edged sword, on the other hand, provides the audience with great convenience, improve the people voice of people, to the public opinion guidance effect; Characteristics of The Times, on the other hand, the network public opinion has the characteristics of irrational, network violence, serious threat to social stability. The traditional media have served as a guide to public opinion. In the face of the impact of the Internet era, traditional media how to ensure their own survival vitality, to benign guide network public opinion with time characteristics? This will discussed in this paper the main content.This paper is divided into three parts.
