Research On Evaluation System Of Public Library 's Sustainable Development Ability Based On Principal Component Analysis

The construction and development of public library, is closely related to the society, policy, economy and culture. In recent years, the public library evaluation system is continuous improved. However, due to the difference of the external factors such as local economy and culture, the existing evaluation system can not fully reflect the overall situation of public library development.Faced with this situation, the public libraries’ sustainable development, the basic trend of development and the decisive force, are questions worthy of further study. This paper will be based on much related reference data, combined with the internal and external factors of public libraries, a valid and perfect evaluation system for sustainable development of the public libraries is constructed. And, based on the national statistical data, statistical methods are used to analyze the internal and external factors of the public library. To explore the relationship between them, the improvement suggestions are put forward according to the results of the study.
