In the 21 st century, human society has entered the information era.The wave of information revolutions such as the Internet, cloud computing, and big data is on the rise, and the development of artificial intelligence has led society into a new round of technological and industrial revolutions.A world of interconnectedness and intelligence of everything is appearing in front of people.Cyberspace has provided a broader and more efficient communication channel for library consortiums, and has played a more rapid and vivid role in boosting the information services and service promotion of libraries.Increasing the network influence of the consortiums should become the important work of library consortiums. It is the proper meaning of promoting construction with evaluation. However,at present,a complete and scientific evaluation system has not been formed to measure the web influence level of the library consortiums, and the library consortiums have not paid enough attention to it.Therefore, the purpose of this article is to provide new ideas for the establishment of a scientific and reasonable web influence evaluation system for library consortiums,so as to effectively improve the level of network construction and dissemination.Library consortiums are divided into two types,single-system and cross-system library consortiums, based on member libraries types.Using the research methods of literature research, factor analysis, comparative analysis, and case studies.Based on the investigation of the current research status, this article summarizes and analyzes the existing evaluation indicators and evaluation methods of web influence.Taking scientific, objectivity, and availability as principals, constructing an academic library consortium web influence index system from official platform web influence and third-party platform web influence two dimensions, and an evaluation model was established using the Principal Component Analysis method. The model was used to evaluate and analyze the web influence of 40 Sino-US library consortiums. In the end, some results were found such as that the web influence ranking of cross-system library consortiums is generally higher than that of academic library consortiums, enhancing the webpage quantities, total website links, search engine rating, network display and academic display in the platform of Google,Sogo and Baidu search engines preferentially, can have significant influence in improving the web influence ranking of library consortiums. This article is divided into five chapters. The main research contents are as follows: Chapter One summarizes the research backgrounds of the library alliance network influence evaluation, and further elaborates the research significance, research ideas, research methods and innovation points of this article. The second chapter discusses the relevant concepts and theoretical knowledge involved in this article, and summarizes the current research status at home and abroad. The third chapter selects forty China-US library alliances as the research objects, establishes the web influence evaluation index system of the library consortiums, uses the principal component analysis method to construct the evaluation model.Chapter 4 calculates the classification ranking results of university library alliances and cross-system library alliances based on the previous research results, and compares and analyzes the results of the evaluation of the network influence of the China-US library consortiums, and further proposes to improve the library alliances network. The fifth chapter summarizes the research results of this article, and analyzes the shortcomings of research and the prospects for future research.
