With the rapid economic development and the improvement of the transport capacity, the requirements for highway construction scale is growing, and the highway engineering project management requirements more stringent. Project progress control management as a major part of highway project management, functions reasonably and has a practical significance of the project on the highways.The article explores and analyzes the project control of all progresses of a project(a highway in a certain area),in order to detect the part defects details of construction management, correct the related issues, attributed experience one step further, lay a good foundation of the project management applications in the future.Firstly, the article analyzes the background and significance of the highway project schedule and control, summarizes the relevant current research, and determines the research methods to the paper route calculation. Carding the concepts of the highway project progress control, and comparing the correct method for the subsequent paper service.Secondly, according to the description of the high-speed sections of G112 TJ project overview, analyzing the basic resources for project, utilizing the critical path method and network planning method to make the project schedule; On this basis, establishing the project organizational structure reasonably, implementing dynamically during project implementation monitoring, including: progress report control, schedule control deviation analysis tab control measures and progress control to take corrective measures. Establishing the schedule and control evaluation model by AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and analyzing the layers systematic indicators.Finally, according to the project schedule control process manages three indicator system, constructing project schedule control process management model. Use AHP to determine the index weight, build the project schedule control process management model using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analyzes everyprogram layer and index layer evaluation, make the final score of the entire implementation process, and make the recommendations for improvement.
