Research On Integrated Earned Value Method And Its Application Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation In Project Construction Stage

With the development of the economic level and the improvement of the demand of social subjects,the requirements of deliverables required by the owners are higher and higher,and the screening conditions of construction enterprises are more and more strict.However,many construction enterprises are faced with such problems as imperfect management mode,imprecise management mode and advanced construction technology.Currently,more and more construction enterprises refinement,standardization and intensive management,is to improve enterprise or project management level,is one of the most common way of earned value method in project department management,in order to control the project cost and schedule,but basically does not take into account factors such as safety,quality,process,or assumes no safety accidents,and can meet the requirements of the quality level or the selected construction technology is most advanced,etc.However,the factors affecting the project are not only cost and schedule,and it is obvious that only cost and schedule are considered.This paper studies the factors and control methods to be controlled during the implementation of the project.For project management to achieve effective management goal,needs to be as far as possible much take into consideration of the influence factors,this paper assumes that the project has been in a state of safety construction premise and under the premise of ensuring the overall quality of the project,considering the quality,cost and schedule of the project construction phase,the influence of cost,quality and progress as main control content,integrated management,the introduction of quality index,index,put forward the theoretical concept of integrated management earned value method,and establish the integrated model of earned value management and integration of the earned value management evaluation system,using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and combining with first to confirm the quality level of the entire project plan,then the membership function of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to confirm the actual quality level of the whole project,and the parameters of evaluation matrix are given by expert scoring method and analyze the proportion of quality factors in the affected situation of cost and schedule.Finally in real case,to verify this model and evaluation method,analysis the quality factors all indexes and the integration of the earned value management with examples and data proved that the integration of earned value management can be more comprehensive and effectively manage the construction project,and to integrate the earned value management in the project increased the use of case reference.
