| As an economic link between cities,the progress of Expressway plays an important role in promoting economic exchanges and urbanization.Schedule control is one of the three control objectives of the project,it is not only a key link in the process of expressway construction,but also an indispensable control in engineering project management activities,it runs through the whole project management work.As a big province of economy,the development of the East and the west of Guangdong is unbalanced.In order to promote the communication between the East and the west,the construction of the Huazhan expressway is imminent,and the progress control is the guarantee for the opening of the project as soon as possible.Therefore,the research on the control of highway construction schedule target is of practical value for the quality and quantity of construction projects to be completed on time and to improve the management level of progress control in our country.As the initiator and organizer of the construction project,the owner hopes that the expressway will be opened to traffic as soon as possible and the investment will be recovered.Therefore,it is necessary to study the progress control based on the owner’s view.Only the project schedule control as the main task,multi-faceted control of the project schedule,in order to ensure the completion of the project on time,to achieve the target.Because of characteristics of expressway investment and long time,so we must implement dynamic monitoring of the progress in the project process,control factors,timely analysis,deviation rectification,to make timely completion of the project.In this paper,On the basis of studying and drawing relevant literatures at home and abroad,firstly,this paper studied the theory of progress control,summarized the classification,measures,principles and general methods of deviation analysis in schedule control,and highlighted the winning method,And then the owners,contractors,supervision of the tripartite progress control content,characteristics of the difference,for the follow-up content to pave the way.Secondly,this paper took Huazhan expressway as the research object,took Huazhan project owner’s point of view as the starting point,and studied the construction schedule of Huazhan expressway owners’progress control,determined the difficult project,which points out the goal of owner’s progress control.Then,according to the characteristics of Huazhan high-speed construction,a reasonable control system for Huazhan high-speed was established reasonably.According to the Huazhan high-speed schedule control correction process,the corrective measures of the owner’s progress control process were put forward.Then,the implementation process of Huazhan high-speed schedule control was studied emphatically.And the applicability of the deviation analysis method of the winning value method in the analysis of the owner’s degree deviation was verified,and the deviation source was determined by the deviation result,and the deviation source was taken Of the corrective measures.Finally,this paper established the progress control evaluation system of the owners’ decision-making,design,preparation and construction stages of the expressway.After adopting the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the weight,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was carried out,and the effect of Huazhan high-speed schedule control was evaluated scientifically.The Huazhan high-speed schedule control effect. |
