Currently, the construction of reinforced subdivisional work is contracted in terms of daywork. This makes the management of organization structure of steel contracting work complex, with many management levels and small management span. The consequence of daywork is the company would suffer a high management cost, the steel worker would get a low salary and the construction quality could not be guaranteed. Some main types of building construction engineering like decoration engineering sub-project, hydropower installation sub-project, formwork sub-project all pay piece-rate wage in terms of the number of workers. Only the workers of concrete sub-project and reinforced subdivisional work are paid by daywork. This kind of piece-rate pay is like rural collectivization production in 50’s in last century, which has been totally reformed by the development of reform and opening-up policy. Why does the reinforced subdivisional work continue use this outdated construction?This essay is based on a construction project in Yuxi, Yunnan Province. The Guanglianda modeling software is used to obtain project information which will further applied to the real project construction. Besides that, the Guanglianda reinforcement detailing software is applied to the technical management and organization management through the whole construction procedure. This makes the piecework system of the reinforced subdivisional work proceed successfully. Therefore, through the standardized management and operation procedure, piece-rate salary system will be established to improve reinforcement workers’construction efficiency and salary. And, an excellent construction team will be created through appropriate group organization.As "Plane method" has not been reformed in terms of techniques,however, the promotion of plane construction could not only eliminate the complexity of drawings but also increase the work efficiency of designers. The piecework system in this essay just uses simple scientific management thinking and takes the advantage of resources to maximize everyone’s work efficiency then gain greater success.
