Research On The Whole Process Engineering Consultation Organization And Management

With the increasing construction scale technical complexity and total investment of Chinese construction projects,owners have put forward more detailed and higher requirements for engineering consulting enterprises.The phased and fragmented services provided by traditional engineering consulting can hardly meet the requirements of owners.Under this background,in recent years,our country advocate and promote the whole process of engineering consultation vigorously.In the engineering project management,the most critical link is how to carry on the engineering organization management.This paper aims to realize the overall integration of engineering consulting services from the organizational level through the organic integration of fragmented engineering consulting services.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the whole process engineering consulting and the difficulties in organization and management,and finds out the problems in the whole process engineering organization and management.This paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional organization mode,in view of the difficulties of the present whole process project management,puts forward three kinds of whole process engineering consulting organization modes: single business whole process engineering consulting mode,whole process engineering consulting mode of consortium,whole process engineering consulting mode of coordination,compared with the traditional mode,the advantages of the whole process engineering consulting mode are found.In this paper,the organizational structure of the whole process engineering consulting enterprise is deeply designed in detail in accordance with the linear and array modes,the consulting enterprise after merger and reorganization is integrated,and the advantages of the deeply designed mode are evaluated.This paper analyzes four means of target control such as the bidding process supervision,contract management,cost management and information management technology utilization,which can be used for reference to realize the whole process of engineering consulting.This paper introduces practical cases,adopts the whole process engineering consulting organization mode,and operates according to the whole process engineering management mode,analyzes and evaluates the operation effect of the case,verifies the advantages of the whole process engineering consulting organization mode,and achieves the function of applying theory to practical engineering.This paper results of this subject can provide reference for the owners and the whole process enginerring consulting enterprises,and have important significance for promoting the development of the whole process engineering consulting and improving the whole process engineering consulting service system.
