| The construction industry is the pillar industry of our country’s economic development and the industry of enriching the people.It is in terms of stimulating economic growth,increase tax revenue,optimize the urban and rural areas,promote industrial development,expand employment staff play an active role.As the main body of labor force in the construction industry,the construction migrant workers have not been able to enjoy the development dividend brought by the rich industry,and even still linger on the edge that the labor remuneration is difficult to be guaranteed.Huai’an has different degrees of wage arrears every year,which leads to the construction of migrant workers to ask for wages.Become a prominent issue affecting the harmony and stability of the society,hindering the sustainable development of migrant workers and the construction industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the problem of wage payment policy and put forward more perfect measures for the high quality development of industry and economy.Based on the theory of government regulation and control,on the basis of clearly defining the concept of government regulation and the connotation used in this article.We take government regulation as the perspective,and from the perspective of government regulation and control,and taking the wage payment security of construction workers in Huai’an as the main research object,it analyzes the status quo of wage payment security of construction workers in Huai’an.This paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures of setting up comprehensive means,constructing all-round mechanism and perfecting diversified measures to further guarantee the wage payment work of construction migrant workers. |
