The problem of employee salary income has become one of the important factors that cause contradiction between labor and capital,which seriously affects the development of enterprises and the harmony and stability of society.Collective wage negotiation is an effective mechanism to solve this problem and an effective way to maintain the harmony and stability of labor relations.Gac Tongyang company is a joint venture auto parts manufacturing enterprises in Changsha,Hunan province.Company since 2013 begin salary collective to talk things over,have already 6 years,but in recent years salary collective to talk things over face problems,such as formal,superficial needs from the aspects of theory and practice of salary collective to talk things over to explore the cause of formal,design the improvement measures.By analyzing the background and environment of Gac Tongyang's wage collective negotiation,it was found that Gac Tongyang started the practice of collective wage negotiation based on the enterprise's willingness,the employee's demand,the trade union's task,the group's assessment and the local government's requirement.Through the analysis of the status quo,questionnaire survey and employee interview results,it is concluded that the company has problems in the institutionalization of collective wage negotiation,the substantive negotiation and the enthusiasm of employees to participate in the negotiation.Under the influence of economic downturn,changes in the situation of auto parts industry,the change of leadership and the change of labor union chairman,collective wage negotiation shows a formalized trend.The existing problems in Gac Tongyang's collective wage negotiation need to be optimized and improved as a whole.Specific improvement countermeasures are: through the improvement of the enterprise trade union,trade union organization economic independence,the establishment of a sound coordination of labor relations of various mechanisms,to improve the bargaining ability of the trade union so as to improve the representativeness of workers,so that the trade union can truly represent employees and enterprises to negotiate;we should make collective wage negotiation process and institutionalized by clarifying the subject of negotiation,standardizing the content of negotiation,improving the negotiation process,and ensuring the implementation of the results.Increase chip through labor,the management strategies of cooperative game,negotiation deadlocked with the help of athird party to resolve,improve the quality of consultation.The substantial improvement of collective wage negotiation needs support and guarantee from many aspects.We will seek support from local governments and build platforms for consultation.To foster a culture of collective bargaining and create a good atmosphere for the continuous promotion of collective wage bargaining;In order to achieve harmonious labor relations and enterprise efficiency.Through the study on the improvement of Gac Tongyang's collective wage negotiation,to provide improvement plans for the continuous optimization of their collective wage negotiations,promotes its realization of "collective labor decision" and harmonious labor relations,and also provides reference for other enterprises to carry out collective wage negotiation.
