The Study Of Historical And Cultural Districts’ Value Evaluation Based On Sustainable Development

A historical and cultural district is the most meaningful factor to reflect cities’ heritage and it witnessed the development of cities, which consist the main component for human culture. Also the sustainability for historical and cultural district is important for cities, even the society. The system that makes value evaluation as the core and the sustainable development as the target can make us know what the districts’ value in a deep understanding. Then we can need take measures to protect the districts, which can help us to understand the historical and cultural district in a new view.The core content is to research the sustainable value evaluation system. The paper firstly elaborates the study about the historical and cultural district in our country and abroad. Then they can be identified in three aspects: the protection of historical and cultural district, the value evaluation of historical and cultural district and the sustainable evaluation. Combined the protection system and sustainable travel evaluation system, some indictors are extracted and applied in a new system. After that, a case is used to examine the new system whether it is necessary or there is something error. Delphi method and AHP can make the evaluation results more reliably. In the process, the weight value and the value marks are made and all the statistics are revised to some extent. With the value evaluation results, the advantage and disadvantage are analyzed and some suggestions are promoted. At the end the paper summarizes the conclusion and shortage and then points the new value evaluated system can be used generally, especially for those districts that they are located in mountainous cities.Understanding the value evaluated system sustainability should revise the indictors and perfected the system in a virtuous cycle to ensure the results corrected and make the rights policies.
