Research On Public Art Design Of Baihuazhou Furong Street Historical And Cultural District

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of Chinese city construction,the urban construction of our country has entered a new development stage,and the update and transformation of historical and cultural districts are also paid more and more attention by the government and people.Historical and cultural district is an important place for people to live for thousands of years.As the witness of urban development history,it not only interprets the historical and cultural connotation of the city,but also the spiritual sustains for people to live and develop here,which is of great significance for promoting the construction of urban personalized spiritual civilization.However,in the long history of the historical and cultural blocks,slowly faded its cultural attributes,war,natural damage,the historical and cultural blocks suffered varying degrees of damage.Since the reform and opening up,due to the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for the quality of urban life,the blind expansion and reconstruction of cities,the renewal and development mode of large-scale urban demolition and construction has caused devastating damage to the historical and cultural blocks.The ancient buildings have been knocked down and the blocks replaced by reinforced concrete.The breaking of context and the absence of regional traditional culture have become the realistic problems that historical cultural blocks have to face.Nowadays,the old buildings of the historic and cultural district,the simple and disorderly infrastructure,the living conditions of the residents of the district and the high quality of the living environment expectations of the new city.In the process of renewal of historical and cultural blocks,how to organically combine the protection of historic blocks with economic development? It has become a subject of extensive discussion in academic circles to seek new development power and promote urban sustainable development.Therefore,from the perspective of public art,this paper takes Yibai Huazhou Historical and cultural block,Furong Street,Jinan City,Shandong Province,as the research object to analyze and design the historical and cultural block,aiming to carry out small-scale and gradual renovation of the block space by means of public art,so as to create the cultural characteristics of the historical block and establish the cultural image of the city.In this way,the quality of residential environment is improved and the economic development of the block is promoted.This paper mainly studies relevant literature,understands the concept of historical and cultural block and its renewal and development process,analyzes and studies the application examples of domestic and foreign public art in historical and cultural block,surveys and analyzes the history,culture and space of the block in combination with the status of ancient books and sites,and proposes the design principles of public art in historic block.Research on the public art design and expression methods on the basis of protecting the traditional culture of historical and cultural blocks and improving the quality of the living environment of historical and cultural blocks,and put forward the design and planning scheme combined with the current situation of historical and cultural blocks to form the design results.
