Research On Post Protection Evaluation Of Quanzhou Historical And Cultural District

Historical and cultural resources are the survival and witness of human development.They are precious materials for people to evaluate the past and guide the future.Among them,historical and cultural blocks reflect the process of urban historical and cultural development.With the deepening of our attention to historical and cultural protection,the research on relevant protection regulations and index system is also increasing.While paying attention to the declaration of historical and cultural blocks,the long-term protection of historical and cultural blocks is ignore.Based on the theoretical research of post evaluation,this paper evaluates the historical and cultural blocks in the ancient city of Quanzhou.Using the advantages of multiple data,it makes qualitative and quantitative research from the four dimensions of Complete protection,Harmonious style,Powerful policy and People satisfaction.While paying attention to the protection of historical and cultural material space,it emphasizes the importance of historical and cultural protection.On the other hand,the paper uses the advantages of big data and multivariate data to enhance the authenticity of the evaluation,and constructs a multivariate database through Data collection system and Geographic information system,establishes a post evaluation system of historical and cultural blocks,and qualitatively describes the indicators.The first chapter of the paper analyzes the current situation of the protection of historical and cultural blocks,and understands the necessity and urgency of the protection and post evaluation of historical and cultural blocks.the second chapter is the summary of the development of historical and cultural protection and post evaluation theory,through the literature review,it shows the consistency of the protection and development of China’s historical and cultural cities and blocks.The third part of the paper is the research on the evaluation system and regulations of national historical and cultural cities and blocks.Through the analysis of the evaluation system regulations,it summarizes the focus of historical and cultural protection work,and provides the basis for the construction of the post evaluation system.The fourth part is the construction of the post evaluation system.Taking the four historical and cultural blocks in Quanzhou as the research object,this paper constructs the post evaluation system from four dimensions,expounds the connotation and calculation method of the indicators from both qualitative and quantitative aspects,and makes post evaluation of the four historical and cultural blocks in Quanzhou by using the advantages of multiple data.The fifth part is the analysis of the results of the post evaluation of Quanzhou historical and cultural blocks,which analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the protection from four aspects,and puts forward suggestions for the evaluation results.
