New Rural Residential Design Research About Wuchuan County Of Inner Mongolia

Wu Chuan County is located in the north of Daqingshan, it has a long history of traditional rural residential and it is the obvious characteristic. However, with the development of the society, the modern rural residential local characteristics has been blurred, land layout, building structure, functional space, ecological energy-saving, regional culture and so on has taken place of deep changes. Due to lack of the guidance of the scientific and reasonable planning,under the background of the new rural residential area residents in the spontaneous transformation, such phenomenons like emerging from the ecological advantages, discarding the historical tradition, losting regional culture, blindly following suit appear, and forming into a pattern of the development opportunities and realistic problem,so we choose new rural residential area design as the proposition.The article based on further research and analysis of rural residential areas in Wu Chuan County by the field research method. Wu Chuan County traditional rural residential area is mostly built by the Jinshaan immigrants and their descendants in order to adapt to the local life, so it showed similar local-style dwelling houses to Jin Shan and different features to the Jinshan residences, so it has the similar style to the Jinshan local-style dwelling houses but also has different features to the Jinshan local-style dwelling houses : the characteristics of village such as building at the mountain, paying attention to the defensive, planting trees at the entrance of the village;the characteristics of courtyard such as low wall, capacious courtyard, coexistence of human and animal; the characteristics of dwelling such as simple modelling, adobe wall bearing, single plane layout. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and the ascension of economic level, the traditional rural residential area gradually cannot meet the demand of the farmers’ living, problems appear after villagers self-built and policies to guide the completion of the modern rural residential areas, scientific and reasonable design for new rural residential area of Wu Chuan County is imperative.On the subject, the article analyzed the following factors which affecting the design of new rural natural one by one such as environment, land resources, economic development, material, policy guidance; proceeding from reality dealing with the relationship between Man and nature, also local-style dwelling houses, building materials and technology.And also dissect two typical cases of designing the new rural residential area in recent years,to sum up the new rural residential area design of preliminary methods, adjust measures to local conditions, continue and inherit local vernacular architecture culture; unique People-oriented, grasp the scale of the design from the perspective of residents; carrying out step by step, to avoid large-scale demolition, impatient for success of the radical construction.Finally, the article selecting typical villages Shengguandi in Wu Chuan County for practice of rural residential village, on the basis of the design ideas and methods concluded from the above article,being designed respectively from the aspect of village level and courtyard,so that providing reference opinions for the new rural residential area design of Wu Chuan County in the future.
