Study On The Coping Style Of Traditional Courtyard Dwelling

Chinese traditional architecture is standardized architecture.Courtyard Dwelling is the most basic combination unit of Chinese architecture.When faced with different terrains,this square-shaped combination of buildings is difficult to match with complex terrains compared to single-floor buildings.However,the Courtyard Dwelling has the advantages of gathering wind and energy,and is conducive to family management,which is in line with the ideas and order of feudal society.In China with vast territory and complex terrain,the ancients used their wisdom and intelligence to seek the method of fusion with the surrounding environment of foundation,and achieved the effect of local conditions through different group arrangement.Courtyard Dwelling contains Chinese traditional culture,as the standard form of ancient architecture construction,its flexible combination method is worth further studying.Modern architecture is quite different,with a variety of construction methods and different architectural forms to deal with all kinds of terrain conditions,but there are disadvantages such as high design cost,long construction period,and inconsistent urban characteristics.This paper attempts to seek inspiration for modern architectural planning from the construction strategy of Courtyard Dwelling adapting to different terrain.This paper selects the Xuzhou Household Hill Courtyard Dwelling as the concrete research object.Household Hill shows great respect for nature when dealing with special terrain.It has a ring shape on the plane and a mesa on the cross section.The biggest difficulty in constructing the Courtyard Dwelling group is to deal with the relationship between the straight line of the Courtyard Dwelling and the circular arc and the slope of the slope.Residents here showed their wisdom,took advantage of the ups and downs of the terrain,the height of the rise and fall of the terrain,greatly retaining the integrity of the courtyard,and developing into a scientific and reasonable,patchwork commercial and residential integrated settlement.,which in response to the terrain produced the only form of structure in the whole country.The topography of Household Hill provides a special case for the research direction of this paper,and provides a strong empirical evidence for the versatility and elasticity of Courtyard Dwelling.The full text is composed of five parts,from the research background,research purpose and research significance,summarizing the topic of this paper.Through the interpretation of traditional building ideas and norms,it leads to the ancient courtyard house and analyzes its combination in the construction of imperial palaces,temples and houses.Then take the unique Xuzhou Household Hill Traditional Courtyard Dwelling as the research object,and explore the difference of its combination.Based on the characteristics of the terrain environment and the research value,this paper expounds the innovation of the construction strategy and combination form of the three levels of "settlement,courtyard,building monomer" when dealing with the slope terrain.The research value of this paper is to explore the experience and wisdom of the ancients in dealing with the terrain of "unitary" buildings,trying to seek inspiration from the combination of traditional buildings in the process of industrialization in China,endow the lonely courtyard with the second vitality,and provide reference for the creation of modern standardized architecture.
