Manufacturing systems simulation can be reproduced by the system dynamic behavior and performance characteristics of static in manufacturing system simulation model which is as a practical business information analysis tools. Besides manufacturing systems simulation has played an irreplaceable role in saving investment costs, reducing the risk of loss and creating high aspects of the quality of products. The purpose of using computer simulation technology is to build workshop logistics simulation model and reproduce the saw blade workshop logistics situation, to plan the scientific enterprise situation and shop floor. In turn, it can improve work efficiency to production activities. This paper analyzes the present situation of the workshop logistics research and summarizes the development direction of the workshop logistics system simulation technology and application of technology. So it proposes a solution by Quest software to plan and simulate in order to balance the production line and to solve the bottleneck problem as the goal in circular saw blade logistics workshop. Finally, we get a high-productivity optimization program through the optimization of the original program. We analyze the organizational model of saw blade manufacturing plant production unit and overview its plant layout and production processes. To determine the relative positions of the physical model of the workshop, we simplify the two-dimensional map partition of plant layout. We apply processing logic on model in relying on links and writing logical control language, and perform kinematic model at manipulator ramming cars and punch.Through modeling and simulation in original program, analyze production line balance and bottlenecks in order to find unbalanced process and disjointed step. We separate modeling process and propose optimization in using of machine utilization, utilization degree and workers blocking matrix of parameters. We conclude that the tact of the entire production line is in the balance, the bottleneck problem has been significantly improved, the amount of circular saw blades blocking matrix at each step has been resolved and the average utilization of the workers have increased significantly in the optimization program and original program being analyzed.
