As the basic working unit of the manufacturing industry,the rational layout of its facilities plays a key role in reducing material handling costs,improving the efficiency of workshop logistics operations,and establishing a competitive advantage for the marketIn this paper,the layout of K assembly workshop is unreasonable,resulting in the low efficiency of production logistics.First of all,the K company assembly workshop production situation and product process flow are sorted out,and the production logistics route of each product is analyzed.Depending on the production volume,the flow of material between the functional zones can be calculated.Through the sorting of the status quo,we have sorted out the problems of long material handling distance,chaotic logistics route and layout of new equipment in the workshop of K company.All of the above problems can be solved by re-layout the assembly shop.Therefore,the K company assembly workshop should be re-arrangedAfter the candidate scheme is obtained,the two new schemes are simulated by using Flexsim software.According to the actual situation,the parameters of the equipment in the workshop and the logical connection between the equipment are set up,and the simulation model of the assembly workshop facility layout is established.The running model observes the relevant data of the simulation output,and analyzes and compares the simulation results of the two schemes.Choose a better layout plan as the new layout of K company assembly workshop.Finally,compare the new layout with the original layout to determine whether the new solution can solve the problems in the original solution.Get the rationality of the new plan.Through the re-layout of the assembly shop,the production logistics efficiency in the K company workshop was successfully improved.
