With the report of "Made in China 2025" being proposed, information technology and manufacturing’s deep fusing raised revolution and industrial change. The intelligence of production process whose core is digital factory and intelligent workshop has been becoming the fundamental of manufacturing innovation drive and transformation upgrade, thus there are still lack of a virtual modeling method of digital factory that holding process design, plant layout, process validation and logistic together. The bogie of high-speed train, as one of the representation of complex production system, has complex structure, high assembly precision, its assembly quality and efficiency influence the whole lifecycle. The paper built a digital factory which includes assembly process, assembly procedure and production system relatively based on an assembly factory of bogie. This paper uses interference analysis, ergonomics analysis and assembly line simulation analysis and improved heuristic method to optimize the whole assembly line, thus demonstrate the effectiveness of optimization.Main research of this paper results following:(1)For the lack of a virtual modeling method of digital factory that holding process design, plant layout, process validation and logistic together, suggesting a modeling method of digital factory model, which includes assembly process, assembly procedure and production system relatively, describing the established steps of each sub-models detailed and building the digital factory model on bogie assembly.(2)On the basis of digital factory model on bogie assembly, paper uses interference analysis and designs a simple frock for the process of broken system assembly, which improves the stability of assembly positioning; Paper uses ergonomics analysis and design a simple worktable for the process of brake hose, which improves the assembly comfort and quality; Paper uses the assembly line simulation and analysis on the utilization of workstation, which finds a differences and bottlenecks.(3) On the basis of assembly line simulation and analysis, paper divides the element task of bogie from the point of process rationality, draws the assembly precedence diagram, and determines the element task time combined with SOP, optimizes the assembly line using the improved heuristic method, establishes a new model and validates the optimization.
