Workshop Layout And Simulation For Digital Factories

Based on computer technology and communication technology,the digital factory can completes workshop process analysis,layout simulation,logistics optimization and equipment management in a virtual environment.Taking the bathroom product workshop of JC hardware sanitary company as an example,this thesis tried to complete the workshop layout,and use virtual simulation technology for production line analysis and optimization.The research works of this thesis can be listed as follows:(1)To establish the production organization mode based on the systematic facility layout planning method and according to the workshop product and production information;to complete the work unit division and the selection of the production line equipment by combining the process and applying the group technology for grouping the products.(2)To complete the estimation of equipment demand Through standard working hours formulation combined with the prediction of future product demand;to implement workshop production simulation by using Plant Simulation software;to verify the rationality of equipment demand setting and to optimize the bottleneck process as unit area calculations so that it can provide data for workshop layouts.(3)To analyze the logistics intensity of the workshop according to the equivalent flow rate;to complete the comprehensive relationship analysis between the operation units and to determine the mutual positional relationship between the operation units through the analysis of the interaction between the operation unit logistics and the operation unit non-logistics.(4)To complete the workshop layout and emulation through application of systematic facilities planning method together with the mutual location relationship between units and units area.Through the workshop layout practice,this study verified the validity and logicality of systematic facility layout planning method,which can meet the production tasks’ needs of JC sanitary products company and at the same time can provide the company with assistance for development.
