Planning on Production system is a basic and key problem of production construction for manufacturing enterprise,and the rise of digital factory(DF)has brought new opportunities for the development of the manufacturing industry and it's mainly used in aerospace and automotive assembly fields in China.With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,the application of DF in the construction of cylinder block die-casting workshops has become a key issue.Therefore,taking the H-cylinder block die-casting workshop as the research object and relying on DF as the technology,the production system planning of the die-casting workshop is carried out to realize the enterprise expansion and intelligent transformation of demand and provide a model for the digital design of traditional manufacturing plants.The content is as follows:Firstly,based on the concept of digital factory technology,the implementation process of digital factory planning is proposed,and the research level of this paper,which is the production system planning,is pointed out.The research content is determined according to the system characteristics and theoretical analysis.At the same time,the target products and main processes of the workshop are summarized.All the theoretical foundation is laid for the detailed planning and design of the following text.Secondly,the cylinder block machining line balance is carried out.According to the characteristics of the automatic machining line,the order principle,station constraint and preference principle to be considered for the machining line balance are summarized and the line balance heuristic algorithm is improved.A line balance heuristic algorithm based on preference principle is proposed to complete the cylinder block machining line balance design.Considering the process characteristics and equipment configuration of the machining line,the layout of the cylinder block machining line is complete to prepare for the overall layout of the workshop.Thirdly,combining the traditional SLP,mathematical model and genetic algorithm,an improved SLP for workshop layout is proposed.Considering characteristics of the die-casting process and logistics,the mathematical model on layout planning of the die casting workshop is established,and genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.The relevant parameters and initial schemes are obtained by the traditional SLP,and the solution is optimized by the improved SLP to complete the workshop layout,which is compared with the initial schemes to verify the effectiveness of the improved SLP.Finally,the simulation model of the cylinder block die casting workshop logistics system is established in the Flexsim.The logistics system of the die casting workshop is carried out based on the simulation experiment,including the configuration of equipment and personnel,the replenishment point of molten aluminum conveying system and the quantity of casting ladle.The simulation model is analyzed and optimized to improve the effective utilization of the AGV and improve the logistics route.Through simulation analysis,the logistics cost before and after optimization is compared to evaluate the design process of production system optimization and verify the feasibility of the process.
