China’s elevator market has great potential.With the development of the market,the demand for new elevator and modified elevator is increasing day by day.At the same time,the elevator manufacturing industry is also developing rapidly.With the application of lean concept in China’s manufacturing industry,more and more lean manufacturing methods are being used to improve production in elevator manufacturing industry.However,most of the optimization and improvement of the workshop are focused on the upgrading of the production line or the optimization of the production process,and there is little research on the improvement of the workshop logistics.The logistics optimization of the production workshop can not only reduce the production cost,improve the production efficiency,but also shorten the product manufacturing cycle.This paper takes the workshop of T factory’s mechanical parts as the research object,analyzes various problems existing in workshop logistics in detail.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of workshop layout and logistics route,it uses the method of combining program analysis and system layout design to optimize the logistics of the workshop of T factory’s mechanical parts.The main research work of this paper includes:First of all,introduce the current situation of the workshop,through the analysis of the current situation of logistics and production,find out the problems to be solved in this paper,including the frequent moving of materials in the manual line of the car frame,the problem of occupying the logistics channel,the problem of the distance between the metal plate materials of the hall door manual line and the car door manual line from the assembly line,and the problem of the intersection of the overall logistics route of the workshop.Secondly,through the lean tools and methods,the problems of each manual line are deeply analyzed.Starting from the process of the manual line,the improvement scheme is found,the production sequence of the car frame manual line is adjusted,the production line is connected into a whole line,and the feeding time and frequency are adjusted;the car door manual line is cancelled,all products are moved to the car door automatic line for production;the hall door sheet metal material processing is moved to the car door automatic line for production hall door automatic line,adjust manual assembly line as the branch line of automatic line.Then,on the basis of the improvement of the logistics problems of each line,the paper studies the logistics relations,non logistics relations and comprehensive relations among the working units of the production workshop by using the method of system layout design.Combining with the unit area of the workshop and equipment,it puts forward the improvement plan of the workshop layout,adjusts the positions of the warehouse,the buffer area,the machine packing line and the manual line of the safety gear speed limiter,so as to make the logistics smooth to eliminate cross logistics routes.Finally,through the implementation of the improvement plan,the logistics routes before and after the improvement are compared to highlight the improvement effect.
