| The development and integration of a new generation of manufacturing technology represented by additive manufacturing and a new generation of Internet technology have promoted the transformation of new production methods.New manufacturing models such as 3D printing network interconnection and the construction of unmanned workshops have begun to receive widespread attention.The paper analyzes the functional requirements of the 3D printing unmanned workshop and its various functional units,designs and builds a workshop mobile logistics system,studies the key technologies of digital twins such as scene visualization and data management,develops the workshop logistics digital twin system and applies it For the optimization of the efficiency of the logistics system.The main research contents of the paper are summarized as follows:1.Analyze the functional requirements of the 3D printing unmanned workshop and its functional units,and complete the overall design of the workshop.On this basis,the overall architecture design of the mobile logistics system digital twin was carried out from five aspects: physical workshop,virtual workshop,data twin platform,service application and data network.2.Research on the digital modeling of the operation process of the mobile logistics system.The functional requirements of the mobile logistics system are analyzed in detail,and the composition and operation process of the logistics system are expounded.On this basis,the logistics system was digitally modeled based on the Petri net modeling method,and a workshop mobile logistics system was built.3.Researched the key technology of digital twin of workshop logistics system,and carried out system performance test.The key technologies of digital twins in workshop logistics systems such as scene visualization and data management are studied.The performance evaluation index of the 3D printing unmanned workshop digital twin system is proposed,and the test is carried out according to the index elements.The test results prove that the digital twin system has realized key functions such as on-site digital reconstruction,data visualization,and abnormal warning,and can provide users with a good experience.4.Based on the digital twin technology,the efficiency of the unmanned workshop logistics system has been optimized.First,a divide-and-conquer algorithm is used to propose a closed-loop control method for storage operations based on scene visualization,and an application for storage control based on digital twin technology is implemented,and the storage location query method is optimized;(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)Carry out path planning to improve the efficiency of car operation and reduce system energy consumption. |
