In the process of automobile manufacturing, processing and assemblingis less than10%of the time, most of the time in Production logistics activitieswere spent on distribution, warehousing, loading and unloading, handling,packaging, etc; At the same time, in the total cost of car manufacturing, thelogistics cost accounted for more than20%. As a result, more and moreautomobile and spare parts manufacturers are trying to reduce productioncosts by various methods. Improving production and logistics has become thenew growth point and source of profit for enterprise development, theresearch on its theory and practice is of great significance.This paper in detail introduces the company profile of Yanfeng key(Shanghai) automotive safety systems co., LTD.(shorter form as "YFKSS"),Company’s main product categories and production operating problems in theproduction process, scholars at home and abroad for reference to the autoparts industry production logistics system of research and successfulexperience, aiming at building lean logistics system. From the application ofvalue stream analysis technology, the application of Kanban system,production and planning design of Milk Run, the production logisticsequipment planning in four aspects, fully discusses the whole process ofYFKSS production logistics system and model building in the new factoryfrom the status of current problem, cause analysis, scheme design and operating effect.This article mainly includes three parts, first of all, introducesdiagnosing the main problems of logistics system modules by the applicationof value stream analysis technology and other related tools and determine theoverall improve direction; Secondly discussing the existing defects in thelogic of the Kanban system, and introducing the content of upgrading anddistinguishing the categories of the Kanban system in detail. The third partintroducing the building and running effect of Milk Run, and analyzing theproduction logistics equipment requirements with new plant logistics systemand its program planning. Empirical analysis results show that throughsystematic study in this paper, the further optimization of the logistics,shorten the process time, reduce inventory levels, laid the foundations forpromoting logistics enterprise management level.
