Research On Collaboration Management Aimed At Communication Risk During The Period Of Inviting Public For A Project Construction

This thesis analyzes the characters and presentation formats of communicationrisk during the period of inviting public bidding for a project construction. Combiningwith the risk management theories, it studies the communication risk’s content,methods and process during the period of inviting public for a project construction.Based on the collaboration theories, it proposes the significance of collaborativeinformation systems organization in the identification, analysis, avoidance of constructioncommunication risk. It focuses on analysis the information man’s importance in theinformation systems organization and coordination. It also emphasizes the importanceof information man’s information processing capacity in the information systemsorganization and coordination. Meantime, it also focuses on the importance of how touse information network platform to improve the synergic relationship among theorganization members in the information system.Based on the research on the synergy theories and risk management theories, thepaper establishes synergy management mechanism aimed at communication risk during theperiod of inviting public for a project construction. In the process of informationcommunication, it plays synergy so as to make cooperate with each other to worktogether between each organization and organization members. All kinds of information can betransformed orderly and efficiently based on the synergy mechanism of information networkplatform. The whole process of information communication is conducting under thereal-time monitoring so as to decrease and avoid the happening of communication risk.Synergy management mechanism which is aiming at communication risk includesthe collaborative assessment mechanisms, benefit distribution mechanisms, opportunities forsynergies identification mechanism, synergistic value pre-assessment mechanisms,communication mechanisms, integration mechanisms, domination and feedbackmechanisms. It focuses on the communication mechanism and domination mechanism.The efficient communication mechanism is the base of successful implementation ofsynergy management and the domination mechanism makes overall functional effectin system. It emphasizes the proprietor’s leading and dominant of materials during theperiod of inviting public for a project construction. It proposes that organizing andcooperation is the important guarantee of synergy management mechanism. Based on this, it constructs the synergy management mechanism mode aimed at the communicationrisk during the period of inviting public for a project construction.
