Subsequently, through the analysis found that must sort out the system and structure of the engineering project management synergy, the construction of a clear project management synergy system can ensure management synergy the feasibility of the application in the engineering project management.Therefore, This paper tends to manage the construction of management synergy system in engineering management with the viewpoint of system science, and considers the main content of synergy and synergetic management as research guidance.Researches has been conducted on managerial construction and the content of synergetic management of integrated management, life-cycle management and Building Information Management in modern engineering management, and find out that the fundamental of these managerial mode was in information synergy and communication. Secondly, compared with traditional engineering project,management characteristics like extracting from the whole process, project objectives, projects function, professional synergy, resources allocation and system coordination have been made huge progress in management synergy system. This paper tries to build the project management collaboration system in two part of the.framework with the vertical management collaborative operation mechanism and the horizontal management system. In order to build and assessing the synergy management system, this paper adopts synergetic analysis, decision-making and operation; control and feedback. In the meantime, management-order parameter is an important part to decide the development of mechanism of synergetic management work orderly. Subsequently, systematic analysis and research have been conducted to the management system of engineering project subsystem and management order parameter, which was established based on collaborative information, coordination and resource synergy subsystems, collaborative technology, collaborative process and system synergy secondary subsystem of the project management of collaborative system framework.The study found that with the rapid development of modern engineering project,the construction of engineering management synergy system have good prospects on research and development in the construction of green engineering, project management, and collaborative quantitative, works to build a collaborative information platform and project in multi-party, multi professional design "collision check" engineering.
