Due to the rapid development of high-tech,computer,Internet,communication and communication technologies,today's society is increasingly dependent on information.However,the risks and losses caused by information are becoming more and more serious.People have gradually established a sense of risk and paid more attention to the study of project risk.Although now a lot of research has been fully described in the actual engineering project risk and how to avoid risk management methods,such as,but still cannot meet the actual demand,we need to study other approach to deep probing into the cause of the risk,more risk category.Informatics theory can be integrated into other academic fields,and can be applied to research project risks,study various potential risk problems of projects,and explore the risks caused by their uncertainty.This article is based on the domestic and foreign research results,combined with the methods of literature review,expert investigation method,in combination with normative research and empirical research method,in combination with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and other research methods,risk theory,information asymmetry theory,empirical research,to explore the project risk management.First of all,in this paper,through theoretical review,engineering project risk category,for example human negligence the risks,according to the information not into theory,analysis of its project risk,at the same time to explore in its theoretical premise how project risk conduction.Secondly,this article selects the owner,the designer,contractor,supervision party and the supplier for the risk,it is other aspects according to the engineering project risk management process,follow the principle of risk identification,risk identification,risk prevention,risk coping practice research.According to the theory of information asymmetry in the combination of expert investigation method to identify the project risk,based on this,create a project risk evaluation index system,and using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to evaluate the risk.Again,in this paper,the engineering project participation main body behavior and construction aspects of market environment,the study of the characteristics of risk caused by asymmetric information,and on this basis put forward the corresponding Suggestions and measures to prevent.Finally,based on the actual validation theory to Shenyang Zhong Yuan Logistics Project as an example,the project risk evaluation grades,on the basis of the response to the Suggestions and reasonable measures to prevent.
