Research On Management Synergy Evaluation Of Prefabricated Construction Project

The traditional "extensive" construction mode of the construction industry restricts the healthy development of the construction industry.By means of standardized component design and industrial production,prefabricated construction can reduce site operation,shorten construction period and speed up construction efficiency.By integrating various production resources in a scientific management way,construction projects can get the most benefit,and it conforms to the development goal of green building.Therefore,the current promotion of prefabricated construction is an inevitable demand for the development of the construction industry.In addition,there are many relevant policies for promoting the development of prefabricated construction.Therefore,there are a great development potential in the future for prefabricated construction.The prefabricated construction are still in the development stage,so there are many uncoordinated phenomena in the process of construction,such as the lack of an complete industrial,the design link is disconnected from the production link,the construction link is disjointed from the production link,which leads to the low utilization rate of resources,the increase of construction cost,and the lack of the advantage of construction schedule.At the same time,there are many participants involved in the construction process and the construction links are scattered,which makes the information management more difficult and affects the coordinated management of various works.The existence of these problems affects the prefabricated construction to give play to its construction advantages and restricts the development of prefabricated building.Therefore,it is necessary to carry on the effective management for the prefabricated construction,solve the existing disharmony phenomenon in the prefabricated construction,and promote the coordinated development of each work.The paper is used the theory of Management synergy to the research of the prefabricated construction project,establish the collaborative management system of prefabricated construction project,analyze the influencing factors in the construction process,and build the evaluation system of management synergy.Finally,the discordance in the construction of prefabricated building projects are identified by calculating the degree of synergy,and corresponding suggestions are put forward to improve the management synergy level of prefabricated construction projects.The main contents of this paper are:(1)According to the characteristics of prefabricated construction projects,related theories of management synergy and self-organization,the paper build the management synergy system of the prefabricated construction project,and then analyze the characteristics,composition,and formation and realization mechanism of the system.(2)By querying the relevant literature,questionnaires and other forms,the paper selected the evaluation index for the management synergy of prefabricated construction project;and then build the management synergy of prefabricated construction evaluation system.According to the ANP method,Super Decision can calculate the weight of indicators.(3)The paper select a relevant prefabricated construction projects as an example,and used to establish the evaluation system of the management synergy degree was calculated.Based on the evaluation results,the paper analyzes the problems of management synergy in the construction process and puts forward some pointed suggestions.
