| In China, the construction industry has long been an extensive management, manual work, low-tech industries. Although the research on project risk management has been drew attention more and more, the construction project risk management research is very lag, which to some extent, affected the development of China’s construction industry and construction enterprises to the world. For construction enterprises to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition, the gradual integration with the international construction industry, improve the abi 1 i ty to resist risks, we must strengthen the construction project r i sk management awareness and research. This article is based on the construction project risk management methods of analysis used, proposed a practical method of risk identification and coping strategies.Project risk management includes four stages. They are project risk identification, risk assessment, risk assessment and risk control. Each stage has a different approach to the management of risk. Based on the project risk management theory, this article puts forward the possibil ity of practical application in the construction project risk management. Then put detailed analysis of Zibo Public Security Bureau construction projects, and focus on the use of models to project risk identification, assessment, evaluation, and in practical application of the process, identify weaknesses and put forward measures to improve.This paper describes the first part of the project risk management background and status of domestic research. The theoretical basis for project risk management and related methods have been described in the second part, which is including project management, project risk management, project risk management process and project risk management process applied to the methods, such as the Delphi method, the level of analysis method. This third section describes the profile of the X-construction projects, from all aspects of risk management demonstration project on the applicability of the construction project. Part IV describes the basis for project risk identification and risk of the project using the Delphi method to identify. Finally, to assess the risks identified, assess the probability of its occurrence and possible extent of losses. Part V focuses on the identified project quality and schedule risk, management risk, economic risk and technical risk AHP, the establishment of indicators, risk assessment matrix to determine the structure, obtained for each specific risk event in the entire risk of weight for the control of risk to provide reliable, real basis.
