Along with the rapid growth of Chinese automobile market, the domestic automobilemanufacturing enterprise’s scale is showing explosive growth, meanwhile the supply marketis also changing, such as domestic OEMs have new plants construction,, but also with thesuppliers. And international auto parts enterprises gradually realize that Chinese market’spotential, so they invest and set up factories in China, and large-scale company mergers andacquisitions emergence quickly.Meanwhile supply market prices of raw materials graduallygo high, domestic labor wage is evident in the rising phenomenon.However, today’s mainstream domestic automobile manufacturing enterpriseprocurement management pattern has not changed, most still uses two typical models: onemodel is based on the cooperative oriented (Japanese manufacturing enterprises as therepresentative), another model is free competition leading (manufacturing enterprises inGermany and USA represented).Analysis shows that, the market demand for domestic changing, the two kinds ofprocurement management mode has certain limitation. Procurement management of Fcompany is also facing the same problem, so the emphasis of this paper is to describe the Fcompany to organize the flow optimization how to adapt to market changes.Throughscientific analysis of the process for F company organization at present stage, to find themissing items, combining with the characteristics of the company to organize processoptimization is the key to enterprises.Starting from the process optimization theory and procurement strategy theory,introduce the main content of process optimization theory, methods of appling the processoptimization procurement strategy theory. By combining the evaluation results of Kearney“excellence evaluation” tool of F company procurement system, to find out thevulnerabilities of F company purchasing system, and make the optimization measures.Above theory is an important basis of follow-up studies.Process optimization theory and methods, combining with purchasing management ofthe status quo of F company, analysis the weakness of purchasing management, to find outthe problems in materials management, supplier management, knowledge/systemmanagement, then use of strategic management theory analysis to formulate solutions, andthrough the expansion of the organization, process, and information system Establishment of the new organization, well filled the gaps in the organization,.Afterbusiness process reengineering, the responsibility is more clear, management is moreeffective, and achieved good results, for F company fly again lay the foundation.
