| The current enterprise competition has gradually shifted from the competition between enterprises to the supply chain. As the source of the supply chain, the supplier’s evaluation has become a key link in the whole supply chain. Elevator industry is a typical customized production industry, it has the characteristics of various elevator models, personalized and diversified customer requirements, performing in a wide variety of materials and suppliers and so on. Therefore, how to reduce the difficulty of the suppliers’evaluation of the elevator industry and focus the limited resources on the key aspects of helping to reduce cost and improve profit is a very realistic problem in front of the elevator industry. From the strategic perspective of material optimization studies, the paper researches elevator industry supplier evaluation and selection, so that enterprises effectively improve procurement efficiency and reduce costs. In this way, enterprises can meet customer demand for diversity and customization much better, enhancing the competitiveness of the provision support methods and practices.By consulting and combing the relevant data, results combined with shortcomings of the existing literature research in recent years, this paper will study the elevator industry material classification and supplier evaluation and selection problem from the perspective of strategic materials optimization.The main constributions of this paper as follows:(1) According to the characteristics of the elevator industry and material characteristics, this paper introduces the method of fuzzy clustering, and establishes a material classification model which is in line with the characteristics of the elevator industry. Through the model of the variety of the number of complex elevator material classification extraction of the enterprise has a significant impact on the strategic materials, so as to determine the supplier of strategic materials. This study makes up of the lack of previous studies just for the general meaning of the supplier evaluation selection analysis, but few from strategic material which can reflect the core competitiveness of the industry optimization of supplier evaluation and selection.(2) To build a strategic supplier evaluation index system from two dimensions of strategic suppliers’ business ability and willingness to cooperate. Elevator industry strategic material procurement and supply and demand of ordinary materials are different, once the strategic partnership, will lead the whole body. The index system makes up for the lack of previous research only focused on the supplier’s ability to ignore the supplier’s willingness to cooperate.(3) A strategic supplier evaluation model based on entropy weight-TOPSIS is established. This article from the practical and objective of the two criteria, the use of both from the method itself and the elevator industry industry characteristics and material characteristics are adapted to the TOPSIS method. At the same time, the concept of entropy weight is introduced, and the optimal weight is obtained according to the original data of the sample. Through this model, we can sort the strategic suppliers, and finally select the best strategic suppliers to establish a strategic partnership. This model makes up for the lack of pertinence and subjectivity of the previous model. |
