In this paper,first give a simple introduction for supplier management research situation in the current domestic and foreign enterprises,then introduce the current situation and characteristics of the switching power supply industry,at the last introduced the current situation and the problem of the supplier management after company A merged other companies.Then,the paper combine with the theory of supplier management and the problem of company A,and then summarize the reason of the problem in supplier management,and according to these problems we provide the corrective method to improve it.First,under the background of supplier globalization,establish the global supplier management department to develop and evaluate the supplier,and study the method of vendor choice in ERP system.Then,use procurement positioning model to classify the material of company A for four series,such as key material,normal material,lever material and bottleneck material.And use risk assessment calculation model to calculate the optimal number of suppliers.At last,the paper uses the AHP method to select suppliers,from QCDS to evaluate the vendor,and choice the better one for every material's vendor.So that company A could integrate the resources and accelerate the operational efficiency of enterprises.The research focus of this paper is to analyze the status of the supplier management after the acquisition of company A.At the end of this paper,the combination of the actual situation in supplier selection of company A is briefly introduced and summarized,and introduced the related protect method.
