| In the era of rapid economic development,accompanied by an increasingly fierce market competitive environment,enterprises must learn to optimize the allocation of internal resources and make rational use of external resources,thereby improving their market competitiveness.For environmental sanitation enterprises,the procurement of nonproductive material is used to ensure the daily operation of the enterprise.Therefore,as a supplier of nonproductive material,it also belongs to the scope of important external resources of the enterprise.Therefore,optimizing the supplier management work of enterprises is the trend of the times.Enterprises should explore a standardized supplier management system suitable for their own development,which has certain assistance for enterprises to improve market competitiveness.This paper is based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on supplier management,taking the management situation of E company’s suppliers as the object of this paper’s research.Through research and other methods,we gradually understand the situation of E company’s supplier management,and extract the existing problems in E company’s supplier management work,mainly including:excessive consideration of price factors in supplier selection,uneven supplier capabilities Unreasonable supplier classification and unreasonable supplier performance evaluation.Through the research and analysis of E Company’s supplier management work,this paper further explores the reasons for the problems behind E Company’s supplier management,namely,the imperfect supplier selection system,unscientific supplier classification standards,and non-standard supplier performance management.Based on the actual situation of supplier management in E Company,this paper proposes an optimization plan for supplier management in E Company using the Karaoke matrix and AHP analytic hierarchy process.The optimization plan includes: improving the selection process,refining supplier selection criteria,establishing a supplier classification model,implementing supplier classification management strategies,improving supplier performance management systems,optimizing supplier performance evaluation indicators,and implementing hierarchical management.The supplier management optimization scheme proposed in this paper has certain reference value for E company to improve the supplier management system,and also has certain reference value for other regional companies of the same type. |
