The "S" company is a large energy group that has its brilliant industrial features, its main products facing with the problems that product homogeneity and fierce market competition, its financial management strategy gradually changes from dispersion to concentration, and its operation model change makes a higher demand of its financial management model reform.With the trend of economy globalization and the fast development of information technology, the financial shared services model is becoming a very model that has being used in enterprise group financial reform. It is a different management model that differs from traditional concentration or dispersion management models. In substance, it is a standard and simplified financial processing procedures which integrate with people, technology and procedures of IT based. In recent years, the financial shared services model is widely used in a number of large enterprises and enterprise groups at home and well known abroad.This paper studies the financial management of "S" company, illustrates the necessity of building up the financial shared services model, and gives counsels to solve the might problems that sets up the financial shared services model, combing its financial strategy and targets and deeply analyzing its present financial management situation and problems.
