Application Study Of Financial Shared Services In China

Since the end of the20th century, economic globalization has been sweeping the globe. Many multinational companies have set up their own molecules company around the world encountering some difficulties in this process. So some western companies pioneered an innovative management model-shared services management model, which proceed from financial shared services at first. The model overcome these problems generated by the expansion in the scale.With the deepening of the economic exchange between China and the other countries the model has been accepted by Chinese enterprises. But because of Chinese unique economic development characteristics and the stage of development, the financial shared services model of China has its own characteristics in the implementation. At last it points out the specific implementation plan.Chapter V summarizes the effects of implementing financial shared services and indicates the prospects for the development of the financial shared services in China.
